About the BADAR-2 Loitering Munition
The BADAR-2 Loitering Munition is the long-endurance, engine-powered version of the BADAR platform. With a 6-liter fuel capacity it can loiter for 3 to 4 hours and carries up to 10 kg of payload.
Deployed by launcher or bungee catapult, it needs no runway. It cruises at 35–40 meters per second and operates at altitudes up to 4,500 meters. Satellite navigation gives 2-meter accuracy, and the camera-based navigation system raises positioning precision to centimeter level.
BADAR-2 is developed for the armed forces and authorized government defence organizations. It is not sold to commercial vendors, dealers or private buyers.
