About the BADAR-1-LM
BADAR-1-LM is an electric fixed-wing UAV designed and built by SkyVortex Tech in Lahore, Pakistan. Its battery-powered propulsion makes it quiet, clean and simple to maintain, while the efficient fixed-wing airframe delivers up to 70 minutes of flight on a single charge.
Launched by bungee catapult, BADAR-1-LM needs no runway and can be deployed quickly from open ground. It carries up to 4 kg of payload, such as mapping cameras, EO/IR sensors or other mission equipment, across a 70 km operating range at altitudes up to 4,500 meters, with 2-meter navigation accuracy.
